1.1 - Product Descriptions: League of Legends is a free to play game where people team up to contest one another in a race to defeat each other's base. There are several game modes but only one stands out and defines what League of Legends truly is: Summoner's Rift. This product will give you full access to a pre-ranked League of Legends account. After your purchase, you will receive a file where you'll receive the username & password to your new account. We highly recommend (and insist) you to: immediately change your e-mail & password associated with your account after your purchase. We are not responsible for hacked or stolen accounts.

 

1.2 - Terms of Service: Pykings is not affiliated, sponsored or endorsed by League of Legends or Riot Games, Inc. in any way. All League of Legends accounts are the intellectual property of Riot Games. Your purchase does not alter any contracts or agreements with Riot games. All copyrights and trademarks are property of their respective owners. The customer acknowledges that Pykings has no affiliation with Riot Games. The customer acknowledges that Pykings claims no ownership of Riot Games’ or other parties’ intellectual property.

 

1.3 - Policy for Banned Accounts: all conditions must be met for the warranty to take affect:

 

1.3.a - Conditions for Banned Accounts: you have changed the registered email and password on the account after your purchase AND verified it prior to playing games.

 

1.3.b - Conditions for Banned Accounts: you have forwarded us a copy of the ban notice (which includes the reason for your account’s ban) to pyken27@gmail.com within (a set amt of days based on product type) business days.

 

1.3.c - Conditions for Banned Accounts: your account has been active and you have used it to play at least one match since your purchase.

 

1.3.d - Conditions for Banned Accounts: your account has not been transferred from the region it was located in at the time of purchase and delivery.

 

1.3.e - Conditions for Banned Accounts: the reasons listed for your ban is one or more of the following: “purchase of an account,” “use of a 3rd party program to level to 30” or of similar reason.

 

1.3.f  - Conditions for Banned Accounts: your ban is permanent and (following up with 1.3.g below):

 

1.3.g - Conditions for Banned Accounts: your ban is our responsibility and not due to your misbehavior during a match or other violation of Riot Games Inc. rules and terms.

 

1.3.h - Conditions for Banned Accounts: you have not received more than 1 replacement account per purchase.

1.3.i - Conditions for Banned Accounts: you have not changed the region associated with your account.

 

1.4 - (varies on products/services) If your account is permanently banned within a set amt of days (after purchase date; life time warranty has no expiration date) due to any mistakes we made (listed above), Pykings will offer you a replacement account as soon as one is available (of equal value; namely: rank). Champions, skins, and any in-game currencies/items will not be considered a form of  'value' unless the account was listed as a Champion/Skin Account -- in which case our replacement account provided to you will be of or close to equal value of said banned account in terms of champions & skins.

1.4.a - Note: 'compensation value' will represent total cost after discount (if any; were applied). Note: we determine the value of accounts solely based on our calculations and none others'. 1.4.b - Note: In the case where we cannot provide you with a similar account (in value) based on our sole discretion, we may offer you a different alternative such as discounts, or services.

1.5 - all listed rankings indicates said account's rank when they were originally listed. we do not keep track of rank decay and thus our rankings are of MMR based. Exp: If a Diamond 4 account decays to Platinum 1 due to inactivity, we are not responsible for updating the listing or boosting the account back up to it's rank before decay. 1.5 a - Rank Decay will not affect any accounts in Platinum or below.

 

1.6 - Pykings is not responsible for any accounts that were banned due to third party programs, toxicity, or any other form of violation to Riot's rules & terms that were not mentioned above.

 

1.7 - Pykings will not refund any accounts under any circumstances. We only offer replacement accounts if all conditions are met.

1.8 - You, the customer, acknowledges that whenever purchasing an account or service from our website (www.pykings.com), you are not eligible for 'buyer protection' under Paypal or any other financial institutions. Any disputes must be mediated through our support system or via e-mail (pyken27@gmail.com). If you, the customer, open a dispute with Paypal, or any other financial institution(s) regarding our products/service, you are in violation of our terms of service (1.7). Pykings reserves the right to pursue actions against customers who file disputes or chargebacks, including adding the customer’s information to a database, and releasing their information to third parties.

 

2.1 - Privacy Notice: we do not store your payment information and do not share or sell your name, email address, phone number or account information with any third parties. Information will only be accessed and used internally to help improve our products & services. 

 

2.2 - Security: our website is secure and your credit card transactions are processed with the help of standard encryption services. Account payments are processed in real time & we do not have direct access to your credit or debit card numbers.
